Modify smtp "from address"
I have an issue withrelaying email. I have emailforwarding sent to another company called@B.comfor particular users in my company called @A.com. When user 1, user1@b.com,from company B sends mail to these users in my company, e.g. user2@a.com, the messages gets forwarded to company B, user2@b.com. However, company B's spam appliance refuses connection because the message header shows the following: From: user1@b.com Recipient: user2@b.com Even though the message is forwarded from my company, user2@a.com, the from address is shown as user1@b.com. Their spam appliance, Iron Mail, refuses the connection because the message is coming from the internet usings it's own domain. Company B claims that there is no granular settting on Iron Mail to allow our spam appliance to connect to theirs and deliver these messags. Therefore, is there a way to modify the from address to only my domain e.g. @a.com?
